At John and Ginger we aim to despatch all parcels the same or next working day with Royal Mail. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

All orders are despatched by 1st class standard delivery or 1st class recorded if over £100 and Next Day Delivery if over £200
Please allow 3-5 working days after dispatch to receive your delivery.
VIP Delivery Service
If you require your order by 1pm the next working day (Mon - Fri) then please select the VIP delivery service on the checkout page.

- This VIP service has an extra charge of £10.
- Orders must be placed before midday Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday after midday will be despatched on Monday.
- Next Day Delivery on a Saturday is not included.

Returns
Return Policy
1 John and Ginger® hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods. Provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. The cost and responsibility of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. If an exchange is required, extra postage & packing is required to be paid before we send goods out.
2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or make an exchange if requested. Where free delivery has been offered with the order then there will be a charge at the standard rate of delivery applied. The current pricing can be found on our delivery details page.
3 The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used, or the product is not in a saleable condition, upon return to us, or if any seal on the packaging for the product has been broken. The provisions of this clause 7.3 do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
1 If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to customercare@johnandginger.co.uk before we have packed or dispatched the goods to you, or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 7.
2 In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to customercare@johnandginger.co.uk and return the goods to us; we appreciate if they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
